There is an issue with the Print Spooler interfering with the Uninstall and Reinstall process This is a Dell and the strange thing is if I go to compatibility it states Window 10 does Not support Any Dell printers.

I have been through this several times, and I get pprinter to work, but then after a few days, or even 1 restart, it stops working.
